90-Day Returns & Refunds
We stand behind EASOLE. If they're not right for you within 90 days of purchase, we'll refund you completely.
How It Works
The 90-Day Window Try your EASOLE insoles for up to 90 days from the date you receive them. Wear them. Test them through your real days, your commute, your shifts, your movement. If they're not for you, return them for a full refund.
What "Worn" Means Your insoles will be worn. That's the whole point. We don't expect them to look new. If they show normal wear from everyday use, they're still returnable.
Return Shipping We cover return shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, return shipping is your responsibility. Use a trackable service either way so you can confirm we received it and process your refund.
Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. It typically appears in your account 2-3 days after that.
Exceptions
Defective or Damaged If your insoles arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately or process a refund. Your choice.
Wrong Item Got the wrong size or style? Let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Original Packaging Please keep your original box and insole package intact if possible. If they're damaged in return shipping, it's fine, we'll handle it.
How to Return

- We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you a return label
- Ship your insoles back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
